In addition to the existing investors ATHOS KG and various MIG Funds, the new investors Novo Holdings, Cargill and E.R. Capital Holdings participated, whereby the fundraise was led by Novo Growth, a subsidiary of Novo Holdings.<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Ulrich Scherbel, Chief Executive Officer of AMSilk, commented on the transaction: &#8220;Together with our customers, we work to create high-performance bio-based materials with the potential to revolutionize product offerings and drive change across various industries.
