KG.<\/p>\n<p>With the acquisitions FRS is expanding its presence to the Middle Rhine and thereby strengthening its position as a leading provider of ferry services. The acquisitions underline FRS&#8217;s ambition to continue its growth strategy.<\/p>\n<p>Both, Loreley GmbH &#038; Co. KG and Rheinf\u00e4hre Maul GmbH have been family owned and operated businesses for decades, in case of Loreley GmbH &#038; Co. KG even centuries. The Flensburg-based FRS group has developed from a regional passenger ship operator into an international group of companies with more than 1,500 employees and 70 ships in over 150 years.<\/p>\n<p>All
