A honert team has provided BRAND BERGER GmbH & Co KG with comprehensive legal and tax advice on the transfer of shares to Felix Sacksen and Toni Ser, who have also joined the management board.

In addition to project management and controlling for new builds, conversions and extensions, the real estate consultancy BRAND BERGER offers a range of services relating to investor controlling and technical financing monitoring and has many years of experience in the field of technical due diligence and ESG assessments.
As part of a change in management, the company is handing over the management position and shares in the company from co-founder Sebastian Brand to Felix Sacksen (Head of Project Management and Controlling) and Toni Ser (Head of ESG). Since 1 January 2025, the two long-standing employees have thus taken over the management and shareholder duties together with founder Martin Berger and form the company’s top management trio.
